The owner of Carolina pool Liners, George Stencel, has worked in the pool industry for over 25 years installing both inground pools and commercial PVC pool liners. George and his team have been installing commercial grade PVC pool liners for over 25 years, in hundreds of pools throughout the United States.

While working for Sika Sarnafil USA in the early nineties, George was instrumental in developing their pool lining system. After Sarnafil exited the pool lining business, George left and started Membrane Concepts, in 1996 which he sold before moving to North Carolina and starting Carolina Pool Liners.
